Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department
- Assist the F&B Manager in managing staff, scheduling, and training
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all guests
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and beverage supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Coordinate and oversee banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all F&B areas
Skills:
- Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of bartending skills
- Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
