We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. Duties:
- Manage of employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Assist management with corrective active, conflict resolution ad accidents.

-Works closely with management in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing functions and activities.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
Experience:
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field and or Human Resources Certification.
-Experience in HR roles with increasing levels of responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Understanding of benefits administration practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
