Optimum RV is Hiring an Office Manager Near Corpus Christi, TX

We’re looking for an organized Office Manager to perform administrative support tasks in our dealership!. An effective Office Manager has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations from coordinating with department managers, deal processing, and basic bookkeeping. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with MS Office Suite and day to day RV dealership procedures.* *Must have Title handling experience
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices
  • Sales Tax, commissions, and deal processing for employees
  • Verify payables to AP department
  • Take minutes of meetings and dictations
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
  • All other responsibilities as assigned
Required Experience:
  • 3 years experience as Office Manager
  • Previous experience supporting AP/AR departments
  • Previous experience handling Tag & Title***
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
