We are a small, family owned and operated, 18 years in business. Work is related to management consulting, real estate management, Christian yoga, and all the things in between.
Come to the open air, modern, sun lit office to work a half or whole day 1 -3 days/ a week. The exact need is dependent on a candidate's strengths, desires, willingness to learn how we do things, confidence to offer alternatives and ideas, and availability to work in person (in Flour Bluff) and from your home eventually.
Seeking patient and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Office Assistant to work directly with the business owner to re-organize everything administrative involved in running 3 businesses.
Specific skills needed include:
- focus on a task to its completion
- review work completed for correctness
- review statements and accounts of all sorts for data mining and system set up
- in house accounting software management
- tax prep across 3 businesses
- research and organize findings as requested
- work from home when possible
- proficiency with Google Workspace, Gmail, Google calendar
- data entry, electronic files management
To start, work will be in person, at the business owner's office. As the work relationship settles, some tasks can be completed at home. Sensitive accounting information will not be accessed outside of the physical office.
