As a Transaction Supervisor in supporting Card Processing Center and Global Document Services, you will maintain an effective risk and control environment. Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, ensuring all requests are completed correctly and within service level agreements.

Job responsibilities

• Manage and develop Equipment Operators and Operations Sr. Specialists
• Serve as a liaison between Cards Operations and Global Document Services print and warehouse groups
• Communicate well and often to all levels of the organization
• Achieving high levels of employee satisfaction
• Daily communication to staff about high productivity, excellent quality, and employee engagement
• Partner with your peers and managers to ensure a consistent message and a productive team environment
• Ensure daily, weekly, and month metrics are achieved

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Leadership experience, 3 years managing front-line employees 
• Production and Operations experience
• Responsible for completing complex assignments and coordinating related activities 
• Advanced level PC applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Word 
• Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Make decisions quickly that are consistent with policies to ensure positive resolution
