HR Generalist:

Wisenbaker Builder Services, a leading national manufacturer and installer of flooring, cabinets, countertops, and window coverings, is seeking a HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas!
What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to person for all things HR, from onboarding new hires to fostering a positive company culture.
- Conduct new hire orientations, explaining company culture and policies.
- Ensure smooth operation of HR systems and maintain employee files.
- Assist with employee benefits, payroll inquiries, and PTO requests.
- Lead company culture initiatives at the Dallas office.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- 3-5 years of HR experience. Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience working in a multi-location organization.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, Worker's Comp, etc.)
- Dot knowledge a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, time and attendance systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus!
