Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Reports To: Director of Food & Beverage

Position Summary:Ledges Restaurant, a premier dining destination in the Mt. Washington Valley, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The Restaurant Supervisor will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate and manage a team of restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and support the restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Promote and uphold a positive and professional work environment.
