Title: Help Desk Support
Location: Columbus, OH (5 Days Onsite)
Job/Skill requirement:
- Approximately 3-5 years of experiencing the IT field, preferably in a help desk environment.
- A and/or Network certifications or the equivalent experience
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred but not required
- Prior experience assisting a cloud migration preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, MSOffice Products, etc.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.73 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
