Job Details
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Data Entry Technician eager to grow and develop within a high enterprise team. This position is 100% onsite.
The Data Entry Technician will be responsible for managing the input and output of data to support IT process and operations.
Duties:
- Review incoming tickets, analyze request and confirm customer hardware/software deployment needs.
- Transfer data from ticket request into Excel and OneNote documents, merging data sources.
- Organize work orders to ensure successful and optimized workflow.
- Provide technical support
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Hands-on data entry experience
- Strong customer service experience
