We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all internal IT-related issues, providing exceptional technical support to our employees. You will also be responsible for automating reporting tasks using scripting and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Document and track all support tickets and issues.
  • Develop and implement scripts to automate routine tasks and reporting processes.
  • Create and maintain reports using Power BI and other data visualization tools (e.g., Crystal Reports).
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of all systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with PivotTables, macros, and VBA scripting is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a help desk environment.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools highly desired.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Crystal Reports a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
