Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document and track all support tickets and issues.
- Develop and implement scripts to automate routine tasks and reporting processes.
- Create and maintain reports using Power BI and other data visualization tools (e.g., Crystal Reports).
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of all systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with PivotTables, macros, and VBA scripting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a help desk environment.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools highly desired.
- Familiarity with SQL and Crystal Reports a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
