Junior Recruiter/Office Assistant
My client is a security firm located in College Park, Maryland and seeking a full-time junior recruiter/office assistant. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming demeanor, excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and prior experience with recruitment and hiring. Primary responsibilities will be overall office administration and recruitment for multiple locations and various shifts in collaboration with site supervisors. The candidate will also post job advertisements, schedule employment interviews and new hire trainings for staff as well as handle new hire orientations.
Individual will partner with office staff on internal office administrative duties as required.
Associates Degree preferred
2 -3 years of demonstrated work experience as a junior recruiter and office administrator is ideal
Experience in overall office administration
Prior work experience in a security firm is preferred
Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle
Experience creating and managing Excel spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
