Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. This role will be primarily based in Cold Spring, KY, with some remote work with other CSI locations.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills.
• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of fire equipment or the fire safety industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
