Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met - Perform night audit duties as required Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the hotel industry Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.
