Job Description : Thriving Fashion Brand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecomm Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for working on multiple Label divisions, collaborating with Design and Sales teams to plan and coordinate digital marketing needs based on the calendar.

Additionally, you will work closely with a marketing consultant in managing ecommerce site.Responsibilities : - Coordinate Photo Shoots (Lifestyle and Ecommerce) : This includes researching locations, model casting, photographer and videographer scheduling.

You will also maintain the prop library, attend photo shoots, handle re-touching and editing of photos, as well as organize and file them.

Line Sheets and Look Books : Develop line sheets and look books from photo shoots including formats and all collateral.

You will also manage all printing needs for sales.- Sales Marketing Support : Provide sales with any materials needed for trade shows such as banners, IG scan cards, promotional logo products, etc.

Additionally, you will post trade show invitations and website sales events on IG.- Website Management : Collaborate with sales and warehouse manager to maintain all content on our website while ensuring accurate inventory management.

You will also plan events, send out email blasts to customers ,and track monthly sales.Requirements : - Proven experience in coordinating photo shoots within the fashion industry.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.- Proficiency in retouching / editing photos using relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is preferred but not required.
