Required Skills
- 3 years of experience as a motion graphics artist (please submit a reel or samples of work).
- Proficient in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender or similar 3D software experience is a plus.
- Light to moderate VFX experience such as: rig removal, rotoscoping, green screen compositing, environmental effects, etc.
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and/or Video Editors to translate the creative vision for a given project into dynamic visuals.
- Create MOGRT customizable graphics packages for editors.
- Execute with excellence within the confines of each project (delivery deadlines, budget, etc.).
- Must commit to expectations detailed in the “I Promise” document, including using the Bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines and pursuing personal purity.
- High School or GED equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Degree in digital arts or equivalent a plus
- Creative - can explore creative options given minimal direction
- Detail Oriented - Ensure consistently high production value including adherence to brand standards, proper spelling, and uniformity across multiple assets.
- Organized - Work within defined media management processes, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Performs effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints.
- Must be able to work in common office conditions (sitting at a desk, working on a computer for 60 minutes at a time, etc.)
- Must be able to walk up to 3 miles
- Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs.
- Hybrid work environment, ~30% in office.
- Position is primarily Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm.
- There are occasional (~10%) weeks where an alternate schedule involving evenings and/or weekends are required.
