Position Summary
A management professional with 5 years of related industry experience who will be responsible for spearheading major initiatives in asset management, strategic planning and business development to achieve utilization, revenue, market share and profit goals and other tangible contributions in achieving macro business objectives. A key function of this position is to maintain acceptable levels of time and dollar utilization of Rental Assets.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 5 years proven asset management experience in a multi-location operation with a large span of control; rental/equipment pricing strategies, Industry outside sales and branch management preferred.
Computer Skills: Highly knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products (Excel,..)
Other Requirements: Exceptional data analytics, organizational and team building skills. Prior experience in the construction rental industry with emphasis on the aerial and material handling segments preferred. Strong communication skills.
