Job Title : Housing Specialist
Job Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Description:
- Housing Search: Assist clients in finding and securing affordable and safe housing options based on their preferences and budget.
- Housing Program Navigation: Guide clients through the application process for housing programs such as Section 8, public housing, rental assistance, and other housing subsidies.
- Tenant Education: Educate tenants about their rights and responsibilities as renters, lease agreements, eviction prevention strategies, and fair housing practices.
- Case Management: Provide ongoing case management and support to clients, including addressing housing-related issues, coordinating with landlords, and connecting clients to community resources.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
