- Provides administrative and clinical supervision to therapists in the program
- Completes intakes and assessments for the program
- Provides individual, family, and group therapy for clients and documents the process in the client record
- Acts as liaison between referral sources and clients
- Conducts family interviews and provides referrals to appropriate resources
- Provides crisis intervention to clients as needed
- Plans aftercare for assigned clients to include case management
- Acts as liaison with insurance carriers as needed
- Completes Diagnostic Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Discharge Summaries within specified timelines as per policy
- Works collaboratively with Executive Director on the overall clinical and quality improvement of the program
