- Perform all duties in a safe manner.
- Diagnosis and Repair Electronic system problems by using manufactures manuals and documents.
- Diagnose and repair power & control system s from 5v DC to 480v AC.
- Follow Preventative Maintenance procedures and maintain operation and performance of equipment.
- Assist in installation and or construction of new automation and specialized equipment.
- Assist in all areas as assigned, including general maintenance tasks such as greasing, plumbing, painting etc.
- May work all shifts as required.
- Associates Degree in technical field and/or Technical Certificate
- 2 years’ experience in similar or related field
- Proficiency in the use and maintenance of process instrumentation and controls.
- Performs detail-oriented tasks using math and language skills.
- Well-organized and can prioritize tasks and complete them on time.
- Good general knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Ability to read and understand prints, schematics, and ladder logic.
- Knowledge of PLC’s, Servos, VFD’s operation and programming a plus.
- Comfortable working around industrial manufacturing equipment
- Experience with Robotics is a Plus
