Job Description & Skill Requirement
- Experience in developing and governing high performing geographically dispersed multi-disciplinary teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Delivers cutting-edge solutions, business value, and world class service as a problem solver.
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders including plant managers and unit supervisors across various manufacturing unites.
- Developed and manage project expenditure budgets ranging from $10k to $50MM.
- Ensured projects are designed and successfully completed within budget and timeline constraints while maintaining quality delivery.
- Analyzed design for continuous process improvement to update and modify processes.
- Demonstrated experience with structured thinking to proactively recognize business challenges, diagnose, and frame problems, develop solutions, communicate complex analysis and insights.
- Experience in working in HVEC (High Value Engineering Center) onsite/Offshore model.
- Experience in chemical/oil and gas /material handling system preferred.
- Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical/Chemical
