Skender is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our talented group of employees.
ResponsibilitiesA Project Coordinator at Skender is responsible for assisting in the administration, documentation, and organization of the operations department, with a primary focus on project setup and preconstruction processes.
  • Manage the distribution and coordination of plans, specifications, and addenda with vendors during a project's bidding process
  • Assist in creating and maintaining accurate project files, including consistently and accurately updating electronic drawings
  • Assist estimating efforts by ensuring proper coverage of vendors during the project bidding process
  • Maintain job specific certificates of insurance with the assistance of the Risk Management Department
  • Maintain pertinent subcontractor/supplier information in our project management database
  • Assist the project team with other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Must work well in a team environment
