This role involves managing credit applications and maintaining records in a precise manner. The successful candidate will be adept at using Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions, and will be responsible for monitoring customer credit accounts. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Key responsibilities:• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency• Maintaining precise customer credit records• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely manner• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate measures to collect overdue payments• Using Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions to manage accounts receivable• Utilizing Great Plains (GPAC), IBM AS/400, and Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze financial data• Performing various accounting functions as necessary• Managing billing functions and ensuring accuracy• Overseeing cash activity and check processing• Handling deductions and adjustments as necessary
