Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- All Procurement duties including Pricing and Ordering Goods, tracking products, and updating job logs
- Assisting in setting up Client Installs and Deliveries
- Assisting Design Team in procuring quotes from local vendors for clients
- Keeping client folders up to date & assisting with Client/Contractor Communications
- Assisting with local errands for prep on design presentations and installs
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Communicate with Clients and Vendors on project progression
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Some experience or knowledge in the construction industry a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software a plus but not necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
