Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional service to our guests during the overnight shift.

*This is a two day a week position for Friday and Saturday nights only. The hours would be from 11pm till 7am.*

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily guest accounts and ensure accuracy of charges and payments
- Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute reports summarizing daily operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience with night audit procedures in the hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems, front desk operations, and guest relations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle financial transactions
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus
