Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to lead our HR department and provide oversight across all properties managed by Charlestowne Hotels. The VP of HR will be responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. This is a strategic position that will support our growth by ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent in all areas of our operation.
