Every day you will:

  • Lead national accounts by implementing a sound strategy with specific goals and targets including business development opportunities, customer satisfaction, and increased revenue and profit margins.
  • Facilities client meetings with internal and external stakeholders. (Supply chain, Engineering, Operations, Safety, etc.)
  • Meets with business unit team members to monitor and review client project activities and ensures completion within scheduled time frame and budget.
  • Works directly with NCC Engineering Department on new product development.
  • Recommending product lines by identifying new market segments and surveying customer needs.

To thrive in this environment you must:

  • Bachelors' degree is required.
  • Mechanical background, preferably with customer specific product design/product application work experience.
  • 5 years of management responsibility with profit and loss responsibility.
  • 5 years of project management experience.
