What you will do:
- Runs operations for metal fabrication department.
- Conducts Associate training.
- Ensures part/products are made per specifications.
- Monitors and documents hourly production rates.
- Works all jobs in department as needed.
To thrive in this role you must have:
- 2 years experience in metal fabrication equipment. (Required)
- 1 years leadership/supervisory experience. (Required)
- Skilled in reading a tape measure.
- High school or GED required.
- Capable of working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be on time for your work schedule every day
- Work with safety as #1 priority
- Desire to work towards team productions goals
