Are you interested in mining candidate data within a large platform and building talent pools and communities? This is a very high touch, fast paced entry level sourcing role into Talent Acquistion.
Key Responsibilities
- Send recruiting emails and conduct introductory calls for difficult to find sales teammates
- Identify qualified candidates at all levels within sales
- Develop talent pipelines proactively for future hiring needs
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment sourcing sales teammates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to portray the company and open positions in a positive light to potential candidates.
- Proven skills in effective time-management.
