Position Overview:
Audit / Assurance Managers are essential to our team, responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring their financial records comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and standards. This role involves analyzing client financial records to identify potential accounting issues, proposing solutions, and training and mentoring audit team members. The Audit / Assurance Manager also focuses on building and strengthening client relationships by understanding their businesses and providing strategic financial or tax recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client financial records to identify potential accounting issues and perform research to present proposed solutions.
• Train, mentor, and manage team members in audit processes.
• Build new and strengthen existing client relationships by demonstrating a basic knowledge of clients' businesses.
• Communicate and meet with clients as requested, offering recommendations to assist with financial or tax needs.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification is highly desired or the ability to attain one.
• Preference for candidates willing to work onsite, but hybrid/remote work will be considered for experienced talent.

Pay: $90,230.22 - $124,664.35 per year
