We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to join our team and ensure our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Administrator to manage our IT systems and ensure the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to support our team with any IT-related issues. This role requires the ability to "wear multiple hats" and contribute to various small business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient operation.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related matters.
  • Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups, updates, and security protocols.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Assist in answering phones and entering customer information into our ERP/CRM system.
  • Assist with permitting and other small business functions.
  • Help automate and create more efficient processes within our CRM and other systems.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of cell phones and tablets, as well as training for field service personnel.
  • Manage and improve office IT systems, including a small server rack and digital security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an ever-changing environment.
  • A sense of humor
