Rondo Pak is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Camden, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Grow workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Promote employee advancement/ employee recognition efforts
- Advocate for employee retention and development (maintain and improve apprenticeship program).
- Manage data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Manage New Hire Orientation Process
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
- Remain flexible and adapt to changes in work environment.
- Excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
- Work accurately with close attention to detail.
- Possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills, including e-mail, EXCEL, Word processing
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce, and resource personnel internal and external.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline
- At least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience working in a printing environment is preferred.
- Experience working with a diverse workforce.
- Decisive and self-confident
- Payroll experience Preferred
- Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred
