Electrical Commercial Project Foreman (Texas and Southeast United States)

$70,000 - $90,000 annually with bonus and vehicle allowance.
Travel:
This role will travel on average 75% for 3-week durations. Mostly in the Southeast United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of electrical scope across a project, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnel
- Manpower forecasting and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work.
- Coordinates work with client representatives and communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.
- Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines
- Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and project closeout documents.
- Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
- Consistently completes projects on schedule and within budget.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least six (6) years' experience in the electrical industry
- Must have background and ability to run / lead medium-size projects (4-10 electricians)
- Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
