Responsible for providing basic nutrition assessments and care planning for patients and residents. Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our team. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing customized meal plans to promote their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' nutritional status
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on patients' health goals and dietary needs
- Provide health coaching to educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated on the latest nutrition research and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
- Strong knowledge of physiology and biochemistry related to nutrition
- Experience in patient assessment and developing nutrition interventions
- Familiarity with various diet modifications including aliment and tube feeding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
