CMS Home Group is Hiring an Administrative specialist Near Burnsville, MN

CMS Home Group is searching for a high-energy, positive, and results-driven marketing and administrative professional to spearhead the implementation of our team's marketing strategies while also handling administrative tasks.

This person must be friendly, professional, positive, and able to work well with others and alone in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be an integral part of the operations team and report to the company's owners.

Compensation :

  • Salary Range is : $50,000 - $55,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team.
  • Maintaining and expanding database management system(s).
  • Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence.
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage the brand and complete the marketing plan and all of its components.
  • Manage and execute the marketing plan for each listing.
  • Be competent in all sales and marketing technology and systems.
  • Administer and manage the CRM systems.
  • Be experts on all relevant technology & able to assist agents / employees as needed.
  • Maintain and execute current processes in place and develop and implement updates as needed.
  • Design marketing collateral for each listing and for team branding as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a new social media plan, utilizing all social platforms we deem appropriate.
  • Help to run Google Ad campaigns and handle all digital marketing for the company.
  • Create all marketing flyers, social posts, videos, and brochures as needed.
  • Help to manage and run company events.
  • Help to build out and manage drip campaigns for leads.
  • Help to manage website content and video marketing.
  • Help manage 10-year post-close campaigns for our clients, birthday, and home anniversary management.
  • Manage review and referral campaigns.

Secondary Responsibilities :

  • Maintain relationships with marketing vendors.
  • Develop new vendor opportunities as growth requires it.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Degree.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop is needed.
  • Experience in ads, print, and handling a broad range of work across social media and Adobe Suite is preferred.
  • Ability to learn / teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude!
