I am a recruiter with a 90 employee manufacturing company in the Buffalo, NY area who has been in business for over 70 years and is searching for their next VP of Operations.
As part of the Executive Management Team, you will be responsible for Production, Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Safety and the Machine Shop. Will have 5 direct reports (Department Managers)
They design and manufacture electro-mechanical and electronic devices/components sold to the aircraft/aerospace, DOD, Industrial, and Commercial markets.
Ideally, we would like to find that manufacturing management professional with strong CI experience, quality systems, production management, manufacturing planning, MRP, ISO 9001, and effective union relationship and very strong & effective leadership skills.

Above average compensation to include a six figure base salary, bonus plan and excellent benefits plan.
