Holy Smokes is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team at our smoke shop. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a solid understanding of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude .
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly
• Stay updated on new products and industry trends
• Bilingual is a plus

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends your specific needs.
