Exciting Opportunity : Certified Medical Assistant Join our dynamic team as a full-time Certified Medical Assistant! This role offers the opportunity to work both clinically and administratively, providing essential support to our practice and patients. Key Duties :

• Assist in patient examination and treatment under physician direction.
• Measure vital signs and record information in our EHR system.
• Prepare treatment rooms and perform in-office testing, including blood sample collection and lab analysis.
• Maintain treatment area in accordance with OSHA guidelines and manage lab supplies inventory.
• Manage patient visits scheduling through our EHR and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Handle incoming calls and messages from patients.
• Support claim generation and billing in conjunction with physicians and billing specialists.

Skills and Experience :

• Certified Medical Assistant qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical care setting.
• Trained and licensed in PA for phlebotomy and in-house laboratory testing.
• Proficiency in EHR software (Athena Health, eClinicalWorks, or similar primary care focused tool) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of third-party billing, coding, and reimbursement procedures.
