JL Contracting and Communications LLC is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Bryan, OH

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry and order entry tasks
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation
- Conduct proofreading and editing of documents as needed
- Assist with various office projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
- Strong administrative skills

We offer competitive pay based on experience.
