Your Role:

We're seeking enthusiastic and flexible Assistant Elementary Teachers dedicated to working with children aged 6-12 years old. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to enroll in our fully sponsored Montessori training course, empowering you to grow both personally and professionally.

This full-time position offers competitive hourly rates ranging from $20 to $24, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.

About You:

• Previous experience working with children in the early years
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid negative TB test obtained within the last 12 months (prior to start date)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• A growth mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic about enrolling in our fully sponsored Montessori training program
