Mission: To have an individual with strong interpersonal skills dedicated toward the singular purpose of significantly reducing staff retention by providing consistent engagement, support, and problem-solving to ALL staff throughout their employment, starting with prior to start date.
Tasked with the role of engaging every single hire on a consistent basis (both
in person and by phone), geared toward making them feel welcome and cared for in our
company, and preventing and alleviating issues related to staff feeling mistreated,
undervalued, lacking training and /or guidance , and any other issue that would cause
them to want to terminate their employment.
Tasked with engaging every field clinician prior to orientation, and on a daily basis
throughout their orientation, and prevent/alleviate any issues that could result in
employee dropping out.
Subsequent to orientation completion, contacting each filed clinician weekly to help them transition into their new company role, under their completion of 90 days.
Engaging with All other new hires on a weekly basis until they reach 90 days.
Subsequent to 90 days, each new employee will be met with on a monthly basis to check in on the above-mentioned areas, until they reach the 1 year mark.
Subsequent to 1 year mark, meeting on a quarterly basis to assess their level of
satisfaction in working in our company as well as alleviate any work-related issues.
The specialist will work within HR, and is responsible to collaborate with each
department manager as needed.
Responsible to keep statistics and provide reporting on frequency of interactions, # of
new employees in a given period, and # of employees who left the agency, tracked by
position and department.
