Bartenders are responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests, interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment.

Assess the bar guests’ needs and preferences, make recommendations when necessary, and ensure quality service. The bar is the visual center of the room and bartenders often become the primary faces and voices of the event experience.

As such, it’s important to always present yourselves professionally. Even when under pressure, we expect our bartenders to keep a calm facade and greet all guests graciously with a smile.

• Make drinks consistent with the bar standards and recipes - refer to recipes, bar manual, and pull sheets provided by Manager if there are any questions.
• Ensure a clean and orderly bar for the guests’ enjoyment and comfort ( as well as coworkers)
• Create a seamless experience for our guests through communication, skillful problem solving, and attention to detail
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide service that exceeds expectations to the best of our abilities
• Be an ambassador of a style of hospitality, food & beverage, and dining culture that evokes genuine warmth, knowledge, and gracious service.
