Full time Outreach Marketer - 1079
Join our team at the health clinic as an Outreach Marketer and play a crucial role in connecting with the Hmong community to promote our services and improve healthcare accessibility.
Visiting local churches and community centers to establish relationships and spread awareness.Distributing informational materials and resources about our clinic and available healthcare programs.
Collaborating with community leaders and organizations to organize health education workshops and seminars.Conducting presentations and talks about preventive healthcare and disease management.
Building trust and rapport with community members to encourage them to utilize our services.Collecting feedback and insights from the community to improve outreach strategies and service offerings.Ideal Qualifications :
Fluency in Hmong language and understanding of Hmong culture and customs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in community outreach or marketing roles preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for improving healthcare access and addressing health disparities.
Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for diverse communities.Willingness to work flexible hours and attend evening or weekend events as needed.
Salary : $45k / Year Commission
