The Marketing Strategy department seeks an addition to our already amazing team. This role will report into the Sr. Marketing Director. They will collaborate with nearly every other group within the firm - creative, operations, product, web and paid media, while being a channel owner. They will be tackling complex marketing, media, and technology challenges in an effort to help our business grow. A successful candidate will be someone who can tell a story with data, see the larger picture to formulate testing hypotheses, be confident to take high pressure calculated risks, manage expectations, and be a leader to execute on action plans.

This role will be hybrid and require in-office attendance 4 days per week, with remote Fridays.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support growth and marketing performance of our priority litigations and support sister brands.

• Build a marketing learning agenda, implementing and overseeing activation, reporting implications and insights to improve marketing efficacy and value to the business.
• Support managing annual budgets and revenue forecasts; provide updates on incremental opportunities

Understand overarching business objectives, strategy and operations, to adapt and define for local market intricacies and considerations

You Possess: 

• 7 years of experience in marketing or digital media management
• Collaborative team player who can rally multiple cross-functional stakeholders, influence decisions, and effectively communicate 
• Proven ability to move from strategy to tactical execution - autonomously develop multiple strategic marketing initiatives at the same time and be able to implement them flawlessly
• Proven ability to go from "insights to action" - work with data to build, execute, measure, and optimize impactful plans
• High emotional intelligence - strong relationship management skills and executive presence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail
• Knowledge of and interest in brand and direct response marketing
