Job Overview The primary function of a CSR is to communicate with the customers, take orders and bill out invoices. When taking orders, you will need to be educated across our wide range of products.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the CSR Manager. Primary Duties Service customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face.

Take orders from customers. Handle Customer billing and cash deposits. Assist in separating mail. Possibly prepare deposits on weekends.

Able to answer main switchboard, assisting the receptionist if needed. Process driver tickets and invoicing. Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it.

Respond to the problems of the customer promptly. Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner.

Must be articulate and a confident communicator. Extremely efficient and accurate with data entry, Proficient in MS applications.

Must demonstrate patience when communicating with customers. Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures.

Coordinate with the internal department and / or supervisor to find solutions and resolve matters. Maintain a follow up on the customer, to ensure they are satisfied with our company.
