Established Allstate Insurance Agency in Brick Township, New Jersey is looking to hire highly-motivated individuals!

As an Insurance Customer Service Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to achieve agency retention and assist agency in achieving goals. You will help grow the agency by engaging existing clients and strengthening relationships. This will be performed in the office - utilizing the phone, email, and in-person meetings. This is an agency position, not a call center.

You’ll work as a member of a team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, lives and retirement, to achieve a better quality of life.

Insurance and Financial Services Representative Responsibilities include:

• Assist in continued growth of the business by building and nurturing client relationships, inbound/outbound phone activity, utilize email, and follow a proven plan
• Educate clients and implement plans that protect what matters to them
• Assist clients in achieving long term goals
• Provide excellent customer service and create opportunities with existing clients
• Follow up on incoming calls and existing client inquiries
• Perform policy reviews to the thousands of existing customers accumulated throughout the past 25 plus years

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer, keyboard and navigation skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous office experience preferred
• Enthusiastic, self motivated individual that desires to help people
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Obtain employer paid property and casualty licensing
• Fully paid training and licensing offered, no insurance experience necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
