Tempaper & Co® is in search of a dynamic and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to become part of our team. The perfect candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for digital marketing, a strong comprehension of social media platforms, and a history of igniting engagement and expansion through inventive campaigns. This position will also use their strong communication skills in sending out press releases and communicating with editors within a dynamic pitch platform designed for public relations. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will report to the Brand Manager.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and social media management.

· Proficiency in tailoring stories or content to resonate with each channel's audience.

· Proficient in photography and videography for social content.

· Thorough understanding of social media platforms, including algorithms and best practices.

· Proficient in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.

· Demonstrates creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen appreciation for design and visual appeal.

· Proven track record of achieving brand objectives

· Strong team collaborator with proactive and strong interpersonal skills

· Possesses analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent communication skills

· Familiarity with Adobe Suite is a plus

· Familiarity with Shopify is a plus

Responsibilities

· Responsible for creating and scheduling content to support advertising, sales, and brand awareness.

· Planning, strategic thinking, and objective setting to foster social media growth.

· Manage all of Tempaper & Co.’s official social media platforms and collaborate with the Marketing and Art team on innovative campaigns.

· Plan and manage a content calendar, monitor content performance, and provide regular reports.

· Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to create captivating social media campaigns aligned with corporate marketing objectives, focusing on lead generation and recruitment initiatives.

· Assist in formulating and conveying digital marketing strategies, analyzing campaign outcomes, and providing project insights.

· Stay abreast of industry trends to refine strategies and maintain competitive edge.

· Formulate and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving traffic, and fostering lead generation.

· Develop captivating and pertinent content for various social media platforms, encompassing Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

· Assess and analyze key performance indicators to gauge the efficacy of social media initiatives and refine strategies as necessary.

· Actively engage with followers, addressing comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Remain informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing, integrating them into our overarching strategy.

· Manage Tempaper & Co.’s public relations outreach via a dynamic pitch platform.

Requirements:

· Strong communication, project management, and time management skills

· Strong understanding of social media and the home décor/interior design industry

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience using Later and any social media apps imperative to the platforms

· At least 4 years in social media marketing. This is not an entry-level position.
