Job Summary
SpecialtyCare is expanding our FP&A team and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our talented group of financial professionals! This role is responsible for preparing analysis and financial models for existing and new business as well as making recommendations around pricing strategies to secure and grow accounts. You will work directly with Operational leadership on strategies to improve profitability of markets, improve staffing efficiencies, and identify cost reduction opportunities as well as provide monthly analysis of performance to budgetary targets and prior year. This is a hybrid opportunity at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN!
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience:
· Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience.
· Experience working with PeopleSoft, helpful.
· Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.
