What you'll do: This role will be a key asset in the strategic decisions and direction of the company. This individual will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting critical financial information while working closely with the Senior Management team. This will include building and maintaining financial reporting tools to evaluate the financial performance of key departments and groups of stores.

Essential Functions:

• Financial Analysis – Emphasis on company Income Statement & Profitability
• Sales Analysis: Drive key insights around Transactions, Quantities sold, and Average Check
• Prime Costs Analysis: Labor & COGS reporting with insights by geography and above store management
• Operations Expense Analysis
• Budgeting/Reforecasting
• Drive the Fourteen Foods budget & re-forecast process
• Document all assumptions and projections
• Communicate on timelines and deadlines, as well as lead meetings to accomplish predetermined objectives
• Project-based analysis as needed
• Off premise analysis
• Marketing & Promotion Analysis

Skills Required:

• Analysis Tools
• Advanced Excel knowledge in spreadsheet construction on modeling
• Preferred experience in Power BI & Power Query
• Strong knowledge of Power Point, SharePoint, Outlook
• Optional: Knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL, DAX
• Communication
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to distill complex analysis into actionable and meaningful information
• Able to adapt communication style to audience
• Timely communication of project status and timelines
• Organization
• Ability to evaluate priorities and communicate shifts in focus to accommodate high priority requests
• Ability to manage projects with multiple components with varying deadlines

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis functions
• Experience Budgeting & Forecasting in a multi-unit organization
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
