• Solve puzzles! Work with our sales and tech teams to tackle customer issues.
• Keep it organized! Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Stay sharp! Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Educate and empower! Teach customers how to use and care for their equipment.
• Follow through! Check in with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Who You Are:

• A high school graduate (or higher!); bonus points for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experienced in customer service.
• A communication wizard with stellar interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving pro with an eagle eye for detail.
• Discreet and professional, especially with sensitive information.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
