Lifebloom Corp. is Hiring a Documentation Assistant (Part time) Near Brea, CA

Summary: As a Documentation Assistant you will be in charge of revising and maintaining documents which include but are not limited to Master Manufacturing Records, Specification Sheets and other related quality documents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Revise Master Manufacturing Records.
  • Revise Specification Sheets. 
  • Revise Quality documents.
  • File and maintain documents.
  • Coordinate destruction of expired records and documents.
  • Perform other duties as needed 
Qualifications:
 
  • Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to edit and proof documents.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
 
Compensation:
  • $15.50~$18/hr DOE
This is a temporary part-time position. The hours will be 20-30 hours a week. We will work with your schedule.
